All About Storage
Disposition of a stabilized self-storage facility, strategically positioned and exclusively marketed.
Principal with Lee & Associates Nebraska advising owners, tenants, investors, and business leaders through commercial real estate decisions.
I'm a Principal with Lee & Associates in Omaha, Nebraska. I specialize in commercial real estate sales, leasing, investment strategy, landlord representation, and property advisory. With more than 20 years of experience and involvement in over $100 million in transactions, I advise owners, investors, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers locally in Nebraska and across the United States.
My work goes beyond brokerage. I help clients understand how real estate decisions affect operations, occupancy costs, long-term value, market positioning, and future growth. I represent retail operators, office users, investors, developers, medical users, service-based businesses, and franchise groups evaluating acquisitions, dispositions, leasing strategy, and investment positioning.
As a Principal with Lee & Associates Nebraska, I'm backed by one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate platforms in North America - giving me institutional resources, market intelligence, and national reach while staying personally accountable to every client relationship.
I'm Benjamin Pearson, a commercial real estate principal with Lee & Associates in Nebraska - but the most important parts of my life happen outside the office.
I'm a husband to Michaela and a dad to four incredible kids: Lucy, Leo, Lincoln, and Lily. Our life is full, loud, busy, and usually moving in five different directions at once. But I wouldn't trade it for anything.
"I believe life is better when you can work hard, laugh often, and keep perspective on what really matters."
Michaela spent nearly two decades as a teacher, and her heart for kids, families, and education has had a major influence on the way we live and lead. Together, we care deeply about building a strong family foundation and staying involved in our kids' lives.
Between school, sports, practices, games, and everything else that comes with raising four kids, I've learned a lot about discipline, patience, communication, and showing up when it matters. We try to create a home where faith, hard work, humor, and love are part of the everyday rhythm.
Sports are a big part of my life. I coach youth baseball and have had the privilege of coaching my sons' travel teams. Coaching has shaped the way I think about leadership.
It reminds me that success is rarely about one big moment. It comes from preparation, consistency, accountability, and helping people believe they are capable of more than they think. Those same principles carry over directly into my work in commercial real estate.
Outside of work and sports, I enjoy spending time with my wife, going to comedy shows, watching my kids compete and grow, and staying active in the Omaha community.
In business, I try to bring the same values I live by at home: honesty, preparation, loyalty, follow-through, and a genuine desire to help people make good decisions. Commercial real estate can be complex, but at the end of the day, it is still a relationship business.
Whether I'm helping a business owner find the right space, advising an investor, representing a landlord, or working through a property sale, my goal is simple: serve people well, tell the truth, and create long-term value.
I'm proud to call Nebraska home, proud to represent Lee & Associates, and grateful for the opportunity to help clients, families, business owners, and investors make smart real estate decisions across Omaha and the surrounding market.
